An absolutely spectacular, long flowing obscure smooth, soft and lavish moleskin, the cloak is made with my personal attention to detail and design. I've completely lined it in a massive amount of awesome contrasting thick satin. Perfect for civil war enactments.

This moleskin cloak is an absolutely stunning! The cloak is not made from thin fabric, when you slide your fingers across the moleskin it feels strong and durable, yet soft as a kitten. The moleskin is soft, yet has a very heavy-duty feeling and the satin also is of the thick silken variety.

The cloak has a beautiful mammoth sized hood. The hood is completely lined and silhouettes your face or lays lusciously spread across your shoulders. The hood has a shaped neck and closes nicely in front for chilly evenings at Renaissance Fairs.

The cloak is completely lined with a soft luscious satin. The interior lining drapes luxuriously over your bodies curves as it flows to the ground below. This satin is not cheap or lightweight. Oh no, this satin is thick and incredibly soft. I have also noticed something very particular about the satin used in my cloaks, it does not wrinkle easily and there are very few wrinkles after even being stored. If wrinkles do appear, which is quite normal for satin, they seem too nearly all vanish within a day or two of hanging the cloak in your closet.

Lastly, moleskin makes an excellent outdoor cloak! We wore a couple of our moleskin cloaks to renaissance fairs this winter and they are very durable and easily cleaned if spattered with mud or dirt. There was even a slight drizzle and it did not affect them adversely at all. Impressive outdoor garb. You will feel totally secure and cozy inside my moleskin cloaks.

All my cloaks are extremely well made, but my moleskin cloak is one of the toughest cloaks in my repertoire. The moleskin fabric I use is of the highest quality; the interior construction of my moleskin cloaks, however, has not been sacrificed. All seams have been double or triple stitched. Plus, nearly all of the interior seams have been reinforced with over-lock stitching to add extra strength and years of continued use from hard abuse and of course – play!
