WEDDING CAKE TOPPERS DOLLS WILL TAKE AT LEAST ONE MONTH. OUR CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS ARE NORMALLY DELVERED WITHIN 15-30 DAYS, HOWEVER THE DELIVERY TIME CANNOT BE GUARATEED. AIR POST WILL TAKE 15-40 DAYS. EMS WILL TAKE 5-10 DAYS. GLOBAL EXPRESS WILL TAKE 3-5 DAYS. IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES, SUCH AS WHEN THE FABRIC HAS RUN OUT, THE DISPATCH TIME MAY INCREASE BY A COUPLE OF DAYS. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER:
(1). WE DO NOT ACCEPT FULL REFUND FOR CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.
(2). YOU CAN RETURN GOODS(READY MADE STYLES) YOU HAVE ORDERED FROM US FOR ANY REASON AT ANY TIME WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT FOR EXCHANGE.
(3). UPON RECEIPT OF THE GOODS WE WILL GIVE YOU EXCHANGE AS REQUIRED.
FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE REPORTED TO NANJING YUANZHE FINERY LIMITED COMPANY WITHIN SEVEN DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS.
THE RIGHTS TO RETURN THE GOODS TO US AS REFFERED TO THE ABOVE WILL NOT APPLY IN THE FOLLOWING CIRCUNSTANCES:
IN THE EVENT THAT THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED, OR MISSING THE ORIGINAL PACKING OR THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING HAS BEEN DAMAGES. THIS INCLUDES HEADER CARDS BEING FOLDED. THE COSTUME SMELLING OF PERFUME OR NIOCOTINE. THE COSTUME MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN THE CONDITION IT WAS DESPATCHED AND IN A RESALEABLE CONDITION. AS WE ARE UNABLE TO REPACK ITEMS IF PACKAGING HAS BEEN DAMAGED. ANY ITEMS RETURNED TO US THAT FALL OUTSIDE OUR RETURN POLICY WILL BE HELD BY NANJING YUANZHE FINERY LIMITED COMPANY FOR A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS TO ALLOW THE CUSTOMER TO EITHER ARRANGE COLLECTION OR TO MAKE PAYMENT FOR REDELIVERY. THIS WILL BE ON A SIGNED FOR SERVICE AT A COST OF 20USD AT LEAST. SHOULD WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM YOU WITHIN THIS TIME THE ITEMS WILL BE DISTROYED. PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO PERSONAL HYGIENE TEETH, FACIAL HAIR, TIGNTS/STOCKING AND WIGS CANNOT BE RETURNED AS STATED ON THE RETURNS FORM.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE ITEM, AND LIKE MOST PROM DRESS RETAILERS, WE CANNOT OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELATIONS, FOR SEVERAL REASONS:
WE CANNOT RETURN THE DRESSES TO THE MANUFACTURE OR CANCEL AN ORDER THAT WE PLACE WITH THE MANUFACTURE.
SOME CUSTOMERS WOULD WANT TO RETURN THEIR DRESS AFTER WEARING IT TO THEIR EVENT.
EXCHANGES ARE NOT PRACTICAL AS THERE WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH TIME.
PLEASE BE SURE OF THE DRESS STYLE, SIZE AND COLOR WHEN ORDERING.
EXCEPTION: IF WE CANNOT GET YOUR DRESS, OR GET IT IN TIME, YOU WILL RECEIVE A PAYPAL REFUND TO THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO MADE THE ORDER THROUGH PAYPAL.
